USMS COVID-19 Member Resources:  There are numerous workouts and resources available for swimmers on the USMS website.  Workouts include: core trainingworkouts to help you return to the pool and yoga.  Helpful articles include: "Coronavirus and Swimming", "How to Stay Connected With Your Masters Community" and "How to Stay Motivated When You Can't Swim".
